LUVORA Ghana – Shipping Policy

LUVORA operates as an online store serving customers in Ghana. We arrange delivery based on the customer’s location and the delivery option available for the order.

1. Delivery within Accra

Orders within Accra are delivered through the delivery service arranged by LUVORA. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Customers should provide an accurate name, phone number and delivery location to help ensure successful delivery.

2. Delivery outside Accra

For customers outside Accra, LUVORA may dispatch orders through an intercity transport company or other suitable delivery service operating between Accra and the customer’s city.

Any transport, collection or delivery charges payable to the intercity transport or delivery service may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed with LUVORA.

3. Delivery arrangements

Delivery arrangements may vary depending on the customer’s location and the available delivery service.

Once an order has been confirmed, LUVORA will communicate the relevant delivery arrangements to the customer where necessary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their order.

4. Delivery delays

LUVORA will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues and communicate with the customer where necessary.

5. Failed delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information, was unavailable to receive the order, or otherwise prevented delivery, additional delivery or transportation charges may apply.

Where tracking information is available from the delivery provider, LUVORA may provide the relevant tracking or delivery information to the customer.
